The ladies at the location I go to at 2920 and Kuykendahl are awesome. But we have not been happy lately with the mens dress shirts that have creases pressed into them along the shoulders. If I brought them back for redos I would be bringing back each one. So I get my iron out and fix them which I shouldn't have to do. I had a few tablecloths over the holidays that I had to have redone. Why can't the people who iron see that they are ironing creases where there shouldn't be creases? been using this service since it opened in Tomball. No real problems, they check for spots on shirts without being told to do so which is very nice. Only issue is that sometimes husband's dress shirts are wrinkled around the collar though we understand it is difficult with hanging items. will continue using this service...
Quality work and they open early. The staff is friendly. The only complaint is that the price is 3 times what I pay else where.
