Have had great service..
Home delivery is always on time.
Laundry was picked up and delivery as promised. Beverly does a fantastic job. Clothes were cleaned and pressed as expected. The only problem is with the application of the MW Cleaners coupon (which you send to me) that is always included with my laundry. Probably 9 times out of 10 the discount is not applied and I end up calling Beverly for help. This is despite multiple people putting notes on my account that I always have a coupon.
