The service is impeccable !! I pick up dry cleaning almost once a week .. Everyone greets me by name .. In today's busy worked almost no one provides courteous services .. And a smile and happy greeting still goes a long way .. When that type of personal treatment us combined with efficiency .. Fast turnaround and beautifully presented cleaned clothing .. How can MW Cleaners not be successful ? Just wish you could add an A+ Alterations Department with skilled tailor and seamstress !

Your staff is very professional. They know me by name and welcome me with a smile. They are caring and knowledgeable about their profession. They are dressed impeccably and the store is always clean and organized. I do not understand why corporate does not take more interest in the exterior of the building. Mainly the landscaping and lawn. It was recently "finally" mowed but for a year it looked appalling. It is seen by thousands of cars on Bissonnet. Not a great way to market.
