Good as usual
Customer service is bar none. Route driver, Eric, is both professional and courteous. Clothes are never crowded, and staggering shirts in a small bundle protects the integrity of the collars. Always recommending, and never changing.
Erick is always fabulous as a valet. He updates me on my items regularly.
Our clothes always are so fresh and clean smelling! So nicely put on the hangers with tissue paper. Your deliver guys are the best! Larry and Lonnie. The highlight of our dog's day is dry cleaning delivery day when he gets - not one but 2 dog bones!!! As soon as he sees us put the MW bag on the porch, he patiently waits by the door til delivery time! Thank you
I mostly dealt with Ashley Pesek, the route manager. She was great! I would definitley recommend this company!
I love these ladies! Every single time I've gone they've all been so super kind and friendly! I loved the convenience of the laundry service but now have a washer & dryer so I won't be needing them much! :( I will however go back for my bigger items. They simply have the best customer service!!!
