The results and convenience is great but for anything other than shirts the costs are outrageous. $25 to clean a dress, $10 to clean a pair of pants. Other cleaner do it for half of that so if you guys could meet in the middle there would be a case for increasing the amount of business. I know I would send more items if the other items were cheaper.
Cleaning was good but didn't get notified that my credit card on file was expired. Waited a few days and never got an email that my clothes were picked up nor delivered. Had to reach out to the online agent to help assist. Was pretty aggravated.
The customer service is always top notch. The button replacement and pick-up service make my life so much easier!

You always do an excellent job in taking care of my clothes. In the five + years that I have used your service, I have never had anything damaged or come back not cleaned and pressed well. Very happy customer!
