The associates make my day. They are friendly, efficient and appear to live their jobs. The clothes are ready quickly. There is so much care in preparing clothing for the customer. It’s uncommon to find a cleaners that takes care of my clothing the way I do.
All of our experiences so far have been great.
Our Clothes are always impeccable and Eric (our driver) is THE BEST!!
switching to Tide Dry Cleaners was the best choice I made in 2018. It is cleaned correct the first time No re-dos, quick turn around, and no change of personnel. It is rare today to see happy people doing their job. Plus pick up and delivery service. It’s a win,win situation

Great customer service! Fast service and very friendly! The only thing is it’s a little pricey compared to other dry cleaners.
I left a winter coat to be washed and asked for a quote, because I didn't want to spend a lot on it. It was quote max $18 so when I was told $34 something, I was shocked. The guy giving me the coat instantly went back inside to get the manager and let her deal with it. She was very professional and took care of the matter. I was not going to pay $34 for it.
