The shirts are not coming back firmly pressed. The linens are not properly ironed or pressed well either. I can have a new shirt in the dry cleaning and it comes back material relaxed.
This past week we missed two consecutive home pickups.

Pick up and drop off are always done on scheduled days, text reminders asking for pick up days/times are helpful, clothing cleaning results are excellent!
Jim is the absolutely best representative of Tide Cleansers in the world! Yes, our Tide Cleaners delivers an exceptional product (e.g., clean and crisply pressed clothes), but Jim makes customer service his main focus. Very dependable
Always dependable. Great work.
The pant of my husband suit was se t for dry cleaning, came back with a hole, with the white shirt which was not ours. Talked to oceane 3 times and had been sending it back since 3 weeks, nithing has been done and intact today again hungbitvouside nobody picked up and have been charged also. So disappointing and bad service.
Good customer service. Keep to the delivery & pickup schedule.
