Always make delivery/pick up days, no damage to clothes and everything works well!
While the overall prices in OH for dry cleaning exceed my experiences in NYC, CA and AZ, since I’ve been here my Tide Team has always picked up, cleaned and delivered to my full satisfaction.
They are very prompt and courteous. They text me every week to see if I have items to be cleaned.
I put my clothes out. They come and pick them up. They are always returned clean and just when they say they’ll be there. What more can you ask for??
Great service and our driver is so polite and friendly. Never disappointed!!! Fred is the best
