I came in with 4 shirts for laundry and 4 paints for dry cleaning// I do not believe I asked for vip service// I did produce 2 coupons one for dry cleaning and one for laundry (November coupons )Upon picking up my order the charge was 38 dollars// I do find this a bit much...

The only thing missing was that there was not a dollar amount on my pick up slip telling me what the cost would be. Nor was there a breakdown on the cost of the items when I picked them up. I suggest an itemized bill detailing the cost when clothing is brought in for service. Thank you

I had a jacket (like a dummy I tried wearing a white blazer) with a stain. Staff called me and asked if it was OK to wash (risk of lining shrinking). The additional time to wash/dry would cause an extra day for pickup (totally fine), but when I arrived late in the evening the jacket (and all my other items) were ready to go and looked great. My last dry cleaner regularly "lost" items (odd, always the same brand, always the same price range) - so much so we had to go look at their camera footage to prove the items had indeed... read more
from the moment i walked in i was impressed (my first visit). Clean and bright. but the best part was the young lady who took care of me. she was pleasant and helpful. she's the reason i will return the next time i need any of the services you offer.

We've been going to Flair Cleaners since we moved into Studio City 9 years ago. My most recent visit was extra special because the tailoring job I needed was ready 5 days early. Now, the hubby has his football jersey for game night and I look like a hero. Gold stars to the team at Flair Cleaners!
