1st time - We liked the service, and the results.
Super efficient and friendly and fast turnover. I don't love the scent on the cloths as I am very sensitive to smells. Is there anything that can be done about that? Slight pilling on one of my knits. Is there a way to have knitwear undergo a gentler process? Overall very good service though. Thank you! M

Nicely done, however I was quite disappointed that the buttons on my dress were not rebuttoned after cleaning. The dress has buttons all the way down the front, and I did not realize they had not been re-buttoned, so was late for an appointment. Part of dry cleaning is finishing a garment. It came in with all of the buttons done up, so it should have been given back to me that way. Thanks for asking!

Best cleaners I have ever gone to in Los Angles. Very reliable and never late, I like getting an email reminder so I don't forget to go in. In particular I think they do a very good job pressing my shirts and dealing with difficult items like hats. I like how there is always somebody there to help you in and out of the store with your cleaning/laundry and the service is very friendly and helpful.
I loved the services! You all were quick, efficient, of great quality, and kind!
I was able to get an overnight dry cleaning for a suit for a wedding. Very happy with the timeline and how it turned out!
