I will not be using this dry cleaner again. I took my king-sized comforter for cleaning. I was returned in a very nice clear bag but when I took it out to put on my bed it did NOT smell or look any cleaner than when I dropped it off for cleaning. It smelled like 25 miles of dust. I had a difficult time sleeping under it.

I took a comforter in that needed some spot treating, I asked the attendant ahead of time if this was possible to spray them and they said they could remove spots. I received the comforter back and it looks exactly the same as when I took it in.

I brought in many clothing items. Two of them needed mending. I told the girl at the drive through but I don’t know how she could remember because she never wrote anything down. I picked them up and they were cleaned but not mended! Now I have to take them back. Very disappointing.

Worst experience ever! My dry cleaning wasn’t ready when promised and when it was finally ready, my dresses (for my bridesmaids) were wrinkled soo badly that they couldn’t be worn. I’m really disappointed and this will probably be my last visit.
