Was disappointed that my coupon for 30% off didn't apply to wash & fold. I am pleased with your service and employees, maybe one day I will be able to use a coupon. I'll be picking up my 2nd order soon. Thank you for your wonderful service, no need to sit for hours in laundromat.

I had a bad experience for my first time they lost my clothes the young lady had a very bad attitude I will not be going back the supervisor was called and really didn't seem like she cared so I will no longer go back to the facility on Fort Apache and sunset I just got so frustrated till I didn't even care anymore and didn't call back
The two young ladies who helped me were very nice wonderful costumer service. Unfortunately I didn’t get their names but everyone was lovely, from the moment I dropped my clothing off to the time I picked it up…. I highly recommend using their service super amazing…

I have used tide as my dry cleaner for the last 4+ months. Prior to the last two trips to your store I have always been very pleased. However I have started to have some recent challenges with some of your coupons being honored at the local store. More specifically how they justify not using the coupon when I requested the coupon be used. I contacted the 800 number, and they forwarded my concern to the local senior manager. Your worker who took in my clothes don’t pay attention plus I didn’t get all my clothes back. You guys offer me a 25 % off coupon in my email I showed it to her and she pretended to write the numbers down on to find at the time of pick I didn’t even get the 25 % off
