Had a bedspread cleaned & told them I wanted it pressed. When I took it out of the pick up container. I saw it had not been pressed. Returned it next day for pressing. Whoever pressed it did a terrible job. This was my first & probably last time I will use your services. PJH

Was charged full price but were unable to clean our tablecloth.

Mark: We are sorry you were unhappy with your experience. However, we can assure you that your tablecloth was cleaned, twice. It was dropped off on Monday (3/8) morning around 7:30 a.m. and it was promised to be ready on Tuesday (3/9) after 6:00 p.m. It was treated and cleaned using two different methods to try and remove the deep soiling and stains on the tablecloth. The Fishers tide cleaners is not what their website advertises. I dropped off five garments (four blouses and one pair of pants) at Tide cleaners in Fishers. The clerk gave me a receipt; and when I asked how much it would cost and if I could pay, I was told “no”; that they would have to look the garments over before they could figure the price. Could have done better ironing my shirts myself . I was told i was going to get 50% of for new customers , but was charged full cost of the service. I spoke to one of your employee. to get a refund. She told me the WFI is down and would call me back the next day and she never did. Poor service.

I dropped off 28 shirts,4 Lab coats and 1 wool shawl on Friday 20 March 2020. Was told they will be ready on Monday 23 March 2020. Came to your location and order was not ready. Returned on Tuesday 24 March 2020 and all was ready except 2 shirts which were missing. Told to return next day. Returned on Wednesday 25 March 2020. Shirts count not be found.
