Clothing looks great! However I was expecting them to have a louder fresh scent that Tide is known for!😉
We had 3 pieces that were soiled and spotted in places. 2 of the 3 came back really clean, but the 3rd item needed more attention. It was cleaned again no charge. After the second time it was clean.
The lovely young attendent was super nice and very efficient. Had the same person on drop off and pickup. So sweet. She's a keeper. 😊

Everything was done on time and presented in immaculate condition. Store employees were kind and efficient. Prices very competitive. Will be back for sure!
Very prompt on service, my sweater was folded to tightly and caused wrinkles , the material was cashmere.
So far it was a positive experience. However, for some of my shirts the collars were pressed incorrectly. Rather than pressing the collar along the normal crease line they were press ed half an inch or so off so that the color was not sitting right on the shirt when was worn. Those exposing some of the fabric underneath the collar. I would expect it to be always pressed along to kris line not make a new kris line and press it.
