I dropped off a cashmere robe to be cleaned. I received a call that they were unable to get all of the stains out and therefore would not charge me. Personally, I think they did a good job cleaning it ! I appreciate the individual care they give each item! The young woman in the store was also very friendly. I definitely will use them again!
