Tide did a great job and the employees are friendly and helpful!!!
Fast and courteous.
You do a good job. But the one question I have and I’ve ask it several times when I drop my clothes off, when I pick my laundry up my jeans are always wet in the crouch area? I have to flip one leg off the hanger and hang them up in my hotel room to dry. I’ve had my laundry done all over the country, this is the only time I’ve ever had this issue.
Clithes are perfect every time!!
Staff is very solid / professional and most importantly...friendly ! Drop off was easy and picking up was first class all the way - my garments were hung in my back seat without me even lifting a finger ..... dress shirts look perfect and a wool turtleneck sweater no longer has a food boo-boo on the front .... garments smell wonderful.... they smell similar to Tide....? 😀 keep up the good work
Your service is exceptional and always exceeds my expectations.
We have a large family scattered all over the nation. Most live nearby. There are so many activities that we are involved in with them, that we have been greatly helped by the Tide Cleaners pick up and drop off service because it allows us to be at family activities instead of having to do the drop off and pick up on our own and miss those activities. One word - “ease”.
Shirts looked great, got the collar stains out which had me worried.
