The cleaning experience was ok but the customer service was TERRIBLE. I picked up some dry cleaning without inspecting the garments. After getting home, I noticed that some of the shorts had not had missing buttons replaced as promised upon drop off. I returned to the location to discuss with personnel and was received with all negativity. I collected my belongings and told them due to their lack of customer service, I would not be returning to their location

You guys locked up my clothes and I coudn't get them out b/c you were updating your system. No communication. Then when I went in, the store attendant acted like she didn't care, didn't offer a discount, free cleaning next time or a smile. Frustrating. And my card use to be stored in the system and she said it wasn't any longer and didn't ask if I wanted to update again....terrible customer service. I called the manager, no call back. This is the first time anyone has remotely reached out. You had a HUGE opportunity here... read more

Your system went down and I coudn't get my clothes out of the cleaners, left message for the manager and owner, no call back. Went in the monday after, no apolgy from person working, no offer to help with fees....again called the manager, no call back.

I had referred a friend and received the $50.00 credit. I brought in around 20 shirts. Some were Tommy Bahama linen and some were Columbia fishing shirts. I gave specific instructions that I wanted them all laundered which is what I have done at Reids and Jack Brown cleaners. To my surprise, my instructions were ignored and I was charged $7 something for $20.00 shirts. They were dry cleaned. Discussing with staff was like talking to the wall and my request for a manager was ignored. I won't be back.
