On my first visit I physically brought the items in to get a quote and sent a number of items to be laundered. Two pillowcases came back damaged. I returned them, both were "fixed" but were not. Asked to speak to manager, was told they would call, but did not. Used you a couple more times and was very happy with the service. Last time, price changed without telling me. Everything was great!
Went in mainly for alterations although I did drop off some dry cleaning. Alterations came out perfectly and requested stain removals on dry cleaning went smoothly, as well.

My garments were lost for quite some time. Then they had not been charged properly, and I received a slurry of charges all at once and items that had previously been delivered. I’ve had to call multiple times about getting my items sent to the right place. It was just a frustrating and expensive experience. I don’t know who helped me but I’m forced to put someone so I can send this message.
