RecommendedThe first time I went I had to rush my order because I found out last minute I had to get some nice clothes ready and they were great and did what I needed and all was good. This time I took my comforter and it smells TERRIBLE and is all sorts of lumpy. We've used Tide for about a year and have only ever had one problem until this time. We dropped my husband's uniforms Thursday and were able to only pick up the uniform shirts the next day(Friday) since the 3 pants were not done. Okay, fine, no problem. Come back the next day and he can only get 1 pair of pants because the other two aren't ready and won't be ready until the next day (Saturday) again no problem, we understand that things happen. I’m a massage therapist here in Amarillo and my sheets weren’t even ready when I went for pick up three days later. They rushed and folded my sheets (very messy, had to refold every single item) and I have a face cradle cover with makeup still on it! Not stained because when I wash them myself, makeup always comes up. Even on my white sheets! Makes me doubt if my sheets are even clean. Going to have to redo all my laundry myself. Surprised that they even made me pay for the service at all. Not impressed. Will go with local b... read more

Not ever going back there. The week they opened I spoke with the manager on the phone about taking the contract to replace the patches on my employees uniforms. The manager said they could do it no problem. I dropped off a sample of the patches and the company information so they could Bill us and the manager then said he would have to talk to the owner about it and would call me the next day. The manager never called. I called him he never returned my phone calls or returned my patches.
