We have used tide in Lubbock for a few years because of the convenience of after hours pick up. We recently moved to amarillo and continued to used tide and unfortunately had a poor experience and after finding two holes in a Peter Millar shirt, we went to the store to make them aware. Darren was extremely polite and helpful from the moment we came in. He understood the frustration and immediately did what he could to make it right. Tide Dry Cleaners is the best!! We LOVEEE it there so easy to drop off and pick up anytime and they gave us our own bags with labels and everything, even have our card saved on file so we can just pick up and go and not have to hassle with paying etc! literally go here once a week
We don't often need dry cleaning services but when we do, Tide Cleaners is my first choice. Last Friday I picked up two dress shirts that were not done to my specifications (no arms crease and no cowboy starch applied) and the store profusely apologized and redid them at no charge. Thankfully, the clothing items were not needed immediately so there was time for them the be re-done.
