Trash! Last time I use this company! Took 5 shirts and got them all shrunk and one was still dirty! Never again! I do not recommend this cleaners at all!

I have used Tide Dry Cleaners since they opened here in Lubbock and have been pleased until now. I took a VERY expensive comforter in to have dry cleaned and they assured me that it would be ok. I had to sign a waiver and I told the girl that took my comforter that I had a bad feeling and would rather not take a chance having it cleaned if she felt it could be damaged. We have used tide for quite awhile now because the “after hours” pickup is extremely convenient for my husband and I’s work schedule. However, the staff here is always so rude every single time I drop clothes off. The drop off time for same day pick up is 9 AM and they get so put out every time I drop off before 9 and say I’d like it the same day as if it’s such an inconvenience for them. 3 out 5 times I’ve taken my stuff there it’s come back wrong . It seems to me there employees don’t care about your time or take pride in there work very very sad. Can’t wait to get the rest of my stuff so I never have to return. I would NEVER RECOMMEND this cleaners to anyone.

I recently took some jackets to cleaners and I picked up about 2 weeks later. They had all ready but one (I was told) so I went ahead and took all others except that one. My total was almost $70 which is fine, not complaining about that at all. There were a total of about 7-8 items and some were leather so I knew it would be somewhat pricey.
