Awful! I had a cashmere sweater come back with holes... Two out of the three times I've come for pick up they said they weren't ready. Once they forgot to give me a dress and I had to spend another 45 minutes round trip to retrieve it. Most recently, I picked up my dress coat this week, and found the zipper is broken and the leather patches are wrinkled. I could've lived with the leather looking tattered but now I can't use the coat at all. Livid!

Its after hours, and my clothes are stuck in the kiosk. Only half my order dropped into the window, then the kiosk stopped working. And for the items that did drop into the window, the window is not opening for me to retrieve them. On top of that, there is no after hours number to call for help. For the number that is listed on the kiosk, no one has picked up that line or responded to the messages I left. Staff says one thing, one day and basically lied to my face on what would be done to handle the issue that was their issue to begin with. Shame honestly
