Terrible customer service. Lost items. Never received promised phone calls from management. I had to call almost daily for updates. Finally received item after a month.
STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!! I took my wedding dress there to get the wrinkles out before my big day and what I got back looked like someone took my dress out on the town. There was a HOLE IN THE FRONT OF IT!!! Beading falling off of it!!! Hair in between the layers! Dirt on it!! And the wrinkles were even worse than when I took it in!!! There is a sign in their window if it’s not right you get your money back and they will make it right FOR FREE. They could have honored the 20% off coupon which expired yesterday for comforters. Under the present circumstances, it would have been such a nice gesture. Been a long time customer.
I decided to give the 24/7 kiosk one more chance despite the service issues i had in 2017. No change. Was promised my paid order would be available in the kiosk after hours. Arrived to pick order; kiosk stated i have no orders to pick up

Horrible horrible experience this morning. I come to pick up my order at the 24/7 kiosk and I find a message that they are doing maintenance on the kiosk. This is the only reason I am paying overpriced service. This is not the first issue I have had in a short period of time; last week I came to pick up and the screen was not working.

Thank you to the assistant manager at Tide dry cleaners in Mason! I went to pickup My husbands suit, for his work party on Saturday and the jacket was missing. The assistant manager called me when he found it and delivered it to our house. With sick babies this little effort went a very long way. #thankyou #tellmesomethinggood
