I used this service for over 2 years . Both my husband and I. I recently took my plush white AGGI suit for dry cleaning. It was brand new. I had worn it once for a photo shoot. When I picked it up the suit was basically a grayish /lavender. The collar on both sides was also fraying with threads coming out. This suit is expensive. It is a fine garment. My coat still had fur all over it (I didn't notice this until I got it home because it was dark outside and they put it in my car for me) Also, I asked the women who was working when I dropped my coat off if they could see on the button that had fallen off and was in the pocket. They must have lost that button because they took another one off of the top of my coat to replace the other one and didn't even get rid of the threads after ripping that one off.
