Worst experience with a dry cleaners ever, made my life hell literally, messed up my expensive ties and messed up my shirts ! Nobody takes responsibility and the worst costumer service ever !!!

Worst experience EVER. Washed my husbands suit in a load with gum. HORRIBLE customer service. How your business has no way of tracking clothing to contact customers when their clothes get ruined is beyond me. You just wait until a customer comes in for them to find out that their clothes aren’t there and ready or potentially ruined??? Still cannot get a straight answer as to what is going to be done to resolve this situation. Will NEVER bring clothes to any Tide store again.

Terrible!! First time customer. Dropped off about 20 items. ALL of my clothes have a terrible, mildew odor to them. The shirts itch and has affected my skin. I have called twice and thr have only offered to dry clean them again. Seriously?! I have to go somewhere else now to dry clean and want my money back. Do not ever go here.

They ruined, and then literally lost my blazer. Horrible customer service, completely unprofessional and unorganized.
