RecommendedExcellent customer service - they are always so friendly and helpful when I stop in! I love how convenient their 24 hour service is and that they check every item for stains or damage BEFORE sending them to be cleaned. My husband accidentally left 3 $100 bills folded up in the breast pocket of one of his dress shirts, and threw it into the dry-cleaning bag. I dropped the bag off and drove away. I dropped off my Santa suit & was able to pick it up the next day by 5:00. It hadn't been cleaned in 30 yrs. & I was surprised as how clean & vibrant it was! All the stains were gone! I will defiantly use them again!

They shattered the front button on the suit I’m wearing to my wedding. How does this even happen? How can the person doing the pressing just allow that to be sent back to a customer? So now I have to try and locate a matching button or get all the buttons replaced days before my wedding. Thank you Tide for exponentially increasing my stress. I will never go back and will wholeheartedly disavow them to anyone who cares to listen.
Arrived at this location prior to 9am to be told my items will not be ready the same day. That is one of the reasons I use this cleaner is for same day cleaning. Of course the one time I HAVE to have same day they won’t do it.

They ruined a pair of dress pants. They want to alter them to make them fit again which they cant. They refuse to give me a name and number to a higher up. Im so disgusted by their lack of responsibility. They screwed up and they must replace them
