In an effort to find the best dry cleaners for my garments I chose Tide Cleaners on Cantrell in Little Rock, Ar. I was totally displeased with the way 4 of my work Blazers were cleaned. All 4 of my Blazers were shrank by the cleaners and the managers failed to make any effort to compensate me for my ruined garments. It is so disheartening to have some of your favorite garments returned to you in a defective manner. Please research the cleaners that you may use in the future in order to avoid being heart-broken.

First they laundered our clothes instead of altering them. Then they misplaced part of the order. Fortunately they refunded us but we still had to make 3 trips there and it took 3 weeks to get it resolved.
