I was told yesterday (Thursday) when I dropped off my wash and fold that it would be ready today by 5. I thought that was fast. When I didn’t get the email by 5, I called before driving out. The employee said wash and fold takes days so it wouldn’t be ready until MONDAY- I leave Sunday on a trip. I explained I was told today when I dropped it off, although thought it was fast. Dropped off duvet cover for pressing. I wasn't even made aware when it was ready. I just happened to stop in. I got home and it looked like it did when I dropped it off. customer service response was less than satisfactory. I will not be using and do not recommend them.

My husband and I have been coming here for years and the issues over the last year have just gotten worse. Multiple times we have received someone else’s order, including a wedding dress. We’ve had items lost. We’ve brought multiple duvet covers in for ties to be added or buttons to be replaced. Whoever did the tie put the tie on the outside of the duvet so we had to return it. Horrible dry cleaners! My mom has consistently had horrible customer service. The most recent experience is she had a coupon for 2 pieces free but she only one women’s jacket that had a blood spot from her fall. She goes back to pick it up. The blood spot is still there and they charged her $15.00 for a men’s jacket after accepting her coupon for just one article instead of two. They actually saved money on that deal! I would never recommend this place!

I've never been a fan of dry cleaning... until now. Not only because of the environmental friendly dry cleaning solution they use, but they're friendly, helping folks, especially Shiloh. Not to mention the freebies, competitive pricing, and that my clothes feel and smell fresher than I could have ever imagined. It's a win, win... and more winning, situation.

You charged me for the pants of a suit I had a free coupon on. After cleaning a jacket for me, you sent it back with broken buttons. After cleaning a pullover sweater, you sent it back on a hanger with badly pulled shoulders. Shiloh won't return my calls. Bad Tide, Bad!! I am done with you!
