They’re just not that good anymore. They miss deliveries and pickups, and when they do deliver, they send back shirts with broken and missing buttons. Although the staff is very nice, the final product they deliver is mediocre at best. So, after the preceding post, I received a call with promises to make things better. I stated that your brochure says that you have a 7-point hand inspection. She stated things will get better. When I got dressed this morning with a freshly laundered shirt, guess what??? Having the anytime drop off is pointless when it is constantly is broken. This is the 3rd or 4th time that I have had to drop clothes off or pickup that the machine is broken.
