Worst experience ever. I’ll never use them again. I brought all my clothes in as a new customer and got a 50% off coupon. That was great! I then got a call that one of the dresses I brought had a broken zipper so they couldn’t clean it. OK. Ordered a new dress as it was for a special occasion. Get to the cleaner to get my other items, get home, try the zipper, works great! Then when I got there to pick up the dress after having them clean it, they wouldn’t apply the coupon! RecommendedThe staff at this location are very friendly and the quality of cleaning for my clothing has been great!! They actually smell fresh out of the dryer each time I pick up.....and it could be almost a week sometimes before o can pick up! I highly recommend to anyone!

I would never recommend anybody, especially my first responders, to this company. Due to a storm coming, they closed early and did not give ANY notice to anybody. Our uniforms are in their store and unable to access them. Customer service lines disconnects, their voicemail is full and there is no way to contact anyone. I cannot return to work without them and everyone who has all of the rest of their uniforms cannot retrieve them until they decide to open again.

THEY DAMAGED MY CLOTHES AND SAID IT WASN'T THEM AND THEN LIED TO ME AND HAD PEOPLE PRETEND TO BE MANAGERS. MY ENTIRE STORY ALONG WITH EMAIL TO CORPORATE IS SHARED. DO NOT TRUST THEM. OWNERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT AND CORPORATE NEVER GOT BACK TO ME YET.
I brought in four blankets which they charge an outrages amount to clean however I had never used Tide and decided to give them a try. NEVER AGAIN!! The blankets had been returned UNWASHED!!! How is that possible ?
