I don’t usually rate companies but I have to say that today was my first time at your facility and I have never been treated so kindly in a dry cleaners. I was offered water and chocolates. Also my clothes will be done today because I dropped off before 9!!! Score!!!! Please keep up the amazing customer service!!!!
I went in because I saw the sign out front 50% off first customers. So I wanted to try. I realized we have to go somewhere and needed my husbands suit by tomorrow so the manager said no problem we will have it ready for you by tomorrow at 12pm. Talk about service. As I was waiting the other lady was asking if I would like some water or chocolate. Super nice and will be back not only to pick up the suit but the prices are way cheaper then other dry cleaners.
Love this place. They do an excellent job. They also have complimentary water and chocolate! They send me coupons on a regular basis and are very fast; usually ready the next day. They are also honest: they found $40 in my pants and called to let me know! Great job!
