RecommendedNever even heard of a Tide brand dry cleaners till this one. Very convenient location, very pleasant and we'll trained staff, smells so fresh when you walk in. Love the superior service and my comforter I took here was freshly washed, folded and put in a nice zipper bag. I will definitely be back!

Really awful service. I dropped off 3 silk blouses this past Monday (3/24/25) for dry cleaning services. I haven't needed to use a dry cleaner in many years, but when I have in the past, my items smelled fresh and clean. I literally cannot even tell if they were actually cleaned yesterday. I would strongly argue that they were simply hung on hangers and placed in plastic wrapping. I also downloaded the app for convenience. We have religiously used this company since it opened. The other day we noticed when picking up my friends dress shirts that one of them cost three times as much as all the others that were made of the same fabric when we question them we were told it was because they had a different button on them and if a button fell off it would cost them a lot to replace it. No Customer Service. My former cleaner was sold to Tide and I am allergic to their products. I cancelled the service and have confirmation emails. 2 weeks after I cancelled , their driver picked up my cleaning that was outside for my new service. I called immediately. They never even called back to tell me they had my clothes. I had to keep calling every day to find out what was going on.
