I had a specific conversation with the manager discussing the care instructions for my coat. In fact, we read them together. It clearly says to cover the buttons. This was the first time I had taken my Burberry coat to be cleaned and I was quite apprehensive. However because of the reputation I trusted you all would do a good job. Nope! A couple of items were ruined early on in my experienced but I was reimbursed for both and there have been no stumbles since. I particularly appreciate the free button replacement service. I hate sewing buttons!
The shirts were laundered nicely. I was disappointed that you do not recycle used plastic and hangers. Will not use your services again because of this.
