Entirely satisfactory. Most pleasant welcome at the front counter. Bit of a friendly joint, which I always appreciate.
Mark took my info on delivery service. He assured me as a nurse, that i would receive the free discount but needed a debit card on file. With much hesitation, i did to proceed with delivery service. On delivery day, my card had an attempted charge because no one knew of my discount. After msgs, calls, we finally got our order that following Tuesday. Wasn't happy about this.
Failed twice to pick up clothes, then failed to deliver. When i inquired, learned that we had been "removed" from delivery account. Implied that it was my fault. To their credit, account was reinstated and clothes immediately delivered. Have had generally positive experience previously so not leaving at this time
My washing machine broke so I brought some laundry in to be done while waiting for the machine to be repaired. I brought it in on a Tuesday and was told it would be ready Friday after 2pm. When I came in Friday evening, I was told that my clothes weren't ready and to check back on Monday. It was a very disappointing experience and I won't be returning.
