You guys did an AMAZING job on my late grandmother's suit. I was worried it would not get clean enough since it was so badly stained. You exceeded my expectations immensely! It looked like it did when we bought it 20+ years ago! Now we send her out in style! Thank you tide

The cleaning service was excellent as usual but the communication was horrible. I was not alerted that my item had arrived and it had been in the store for at least 2 days and if I hadn't called it would probably have been longer. I find that disturbing being that I was not given an exact date it would be back in the store leaving me to assume I would be contacted upon it's arrival.
