They tied the bottom of the bag on a long dress and the hem was all screwed up. Also the bow on the front bust was hanging off. They took the dress back did the repair and press and it was ready in 2 days

First time using Tide Cleaners. Great quality. Prices are incredibly too high. I will continue to use Tide for jeans, pants and dress shirts (Laundry). Will not use for Dry Cleaning.
