The staff was very pleasant, professional and helpful. My only issue is that I specifically asked not to have the waterfall cascading hanging process. My order was $225. There are so many pieces involved that I knew trying to transport that many clothes Set up in the cascading fashion would create all sorts of wrinkles. I brought in some items that had been in storage and it showed. Tide cleaners got the items looking like new again and the staff was friendly on top of that! We will be back again
