We receive exceptional service each visit. Our clothes are dry cleaned and any alternations requested are performed as expected. The staff are always business professional and courteous. I had a sweater with some spots that the Tide personnel submitted twice to have the spots removed. Two of the spots were removed, but the third spot was only partially removed. Even though the third spot still exists, I feel that the Tide staff did their best to clean the sweater.
