My first visit to Tide Cleaners was exceptional. I believe I brought a relatively difficult task of a white linen suit to be cleaned. The suit had food stains and sweat marks. Tide Cleaners did a great job the first try however we found some spots that were missed and they graciously took back the outfit and did a fantastic job in cleaning it. White is not Easy and they cleaned it very well and it looks like it’s brand new again! 👌🏽

Service is great EXCEPT I have given a $5 coupon for each of my last two visits and it hasn't been applied. After the first time the employee said he'd have the manager correct/credit it. Not sure that happened and when I dropped the next batch I specifically mentioned that incident and could they please make sure the coupon was applied. It wasn't. Your procedure is flawed for submitting coupons!
