Good. Clothing looks good and customer service was excellent. However, the bag I used to drop off my clothes was not returned.

I like the whole process and team that has helped me my three visits, but I not have seen at least two of my shirts with burn marks near the cuffs. One shirt is brand new, so I am very frustrated.
