Anytime I take my clothes to Tide, I know the quality is going to high. I have never had to take anything back to be redone. When you need quality dry cleaning, use Tide cleaners.

Send more coupons. Your service is very expensive so in order to generate business from regular working people who still need to have their clothes dry cleaned- send more usable (20% or more or even $10.00 off) coupons.

I am a first time customer. I had high hopes based on your stated 7 step process including final visual inspection. I brought 4 shirts to be laundered and pressed as a test. One of them came back with a few creases on the right shoulder. I inquired to Janetta if this was considered acceptable. Though she could not answer my question, she said she would send it to be re-done. I asked to speak with the manager. She gave me Christie's phone number. I spoke with Christie at length. I used to love this cleaner when it was MW Cleaners but since it changed I have not been as happy. I have had several broken buttons and occasionally they sew a new one on but they do a poor job and the button doesn’t even remotely match the others. They also lost a jacket for several weeks and when they finally found it they charged me.

My husbands shirts looked very nice. It looked like a great deal of care was used to wash and press them. The prob,em I had was I had to call and make another trip back the same day because they did not give me my full order. I was missing wool pants and a silk woven shirt, both expensive items. I did get them back. They did not have a name tag on those two cleaned items. Way way way too expensive. 26 items with a 50% discount was $90. This is crazy. No pricing upfront which is normal but I hate that.

I took my tuxedo and tuxedo shirt to the Katy store. Asked the shirt to be folded, but it was done very sloppy. I was expecting a much better quality given that is not cheap. In addition, I found a small fold on the collar of the jacket, I guess done during pressing. Perhaps my quality expectations from MW were too high.
