Tried service for dress shirts. Pockets were pressed at a sever angle impacting the look. I left them with the store to correct the issue. I was notified the shirts were ready and traveled to the site only to discover the sam exact problem. This is the fourth time and you have lost my business.

I have been very satisfied with Tide cleaners on Cinco Ranch Blvd. EVERYONE IS VERY HELPFUL . However, on January 4th while on vacation I received an email saying that the investigation has been completed and the missing shirt had been found . Unfortunately, I did not see the email until I came home and had already dropped more shirts off and picked up on Jan. 15th. The email went on to say that the shirt had been in the store for 90 days. My coupon expired 2 days ago and the company or the clerk was not flexible enough to take it. Also the price is high compare to other similar service provider in the area
The lady who helped me was great. My clothes looked nice. The presentation was nice but the pricing is way too high! I spent $63 for six mens shirts and 3 pairs of pants. Thats almost $8 per piece. I didnt require any special services. None of my clothes were dirty. One shirt was brand new qith tags. With these prices, I will not be back.
I’ve been to various Tide Laundry Locations because I absolutely love the brand! But I recently moved to Katy-Cinco Ranch and at this location the customer service was HORRIBLE, the people were NOT nice, very rude my shirts were NOT ready on time! I love the BRAND but this particular location has horrible people working there!

Overpriced...$50 for 7 long sleeves and 3 slacks 😤
The customer experience couldn’t be better. Between the comms through text and email combined with the drive up service, it’s so simple. However, after using for some time, this may have been the first time I looked closely at my bill and was shocked. Over $3 per men’s dress shirt and $8 for a sweater? I guess the customer experience comes at a price but those rates are extreme. As a result, I’ll be looking into alternatives. Thanks.

I don't do business with people who tell me there is no price list that I can be given and no price list online..."we just decide the prices ourselves" Never will I be stopping there again
