I’ve used this service for over a year now. It started a little rough, but they handled the situation appropriately. Therefore, I continued with the service. More than a year later, they have done a great job. The customer service personnel have a good attitude and are honest. For example, I forgot a flash drive in a pair of jeans that they found. The concierge contacted me immediately, before it went to the cleaning side of the business. Great job!
