My clothes have been treated well with Tide Cleaners. I do have an issue with their pickup and delivery texting. I reply to yes or no for pickup, but it doesn’t matter…if I choose “Y”, it doesn’t matter because it’s a no show. I then have to drive my clothes there… then they will deliver it to my home. Someone needs to tweak their texting system if they want it to work. Frustrated!!!
