Maria Elena knows my name. I give her my receipt but before I do, she says ‘ Hi Ms. Bolton!’ I appreciate that so much. THEN, the dry cleaning itself is perfect. Do I pay ‘a lot?’ Yes. And I may not be able to continue. While I can, though, I am a very satisfied customer. This location reflects a positivity, which mirrors the Tide brand I grew up with. I still use Tide detergent today.
