Your service is great and your employees are very personable and nice. The one area that I am concerned about is the pricing on your cleaning for female pants. The last female pants that I had cleaned was picked up yesterday and the total fee was over $10. As my wife said, it doesn't make sense why a female's pants are over $10 and a male's pants are $6-$8, as the females pants have no zippers, buttons, or pockets as the male's does.
