I did have a good experience except for the jacket I sent in my bag to be fixed for the zipper. The jacket was cleaned but the zipper was not fixed.

I had my bridesmaid dress altered here, the seamstress did a well job, however I found some flaw in the alteration. The seamstress did not thread the finish fabric and it was hanging loose off the gown. My daughters junior bridal dress was unevenly cut. From afar you can’t notice it but if you look closely it was uneven.
