The personnel know my name. Perhaps not a big deal to some customers however it is to me. They are ready to answer any questions and volunteer new information to make sure I am aware.

I used the same cleaners for years and recently when I went back they were out of business so I had to find a new one. I tried to in the area and was completely dissatisfied for one reason or the other. The most recent one I was using turn the cuffs of my brand new white business shirts yellow claiming there was a material inside the cuffs that the shirts had in them to make them stiff and that's what was causing them to appear yellow. Buttons on my sweater were ruined during the dry-cleaning process. I have not been able to find replacement buttons that are identical, which are necessary for the integrity of the sweater. I have had this sweater cleaned at MW many times and this had never happened before. It is very disappointing. Although I have been told they would replace/sew the buttons on, it does no good if I can't find the buttons required. Why this damage occurred to the buttons this last time is unknown to me.
