The people I deal with in the stores are always great. All of the surveys you guys do are a horrible nuisance. I get a text after every visit asking me for a rating. Now I’m getting emails asking for me to complete a survey. I don’t need constant contact with my dry cleaners. if you keep sending me this crap I’m going to start going somewhere else.
The pleats on the back of my shirt consistently come back to me pressed diagonally across the shirt rather than with the pleat’s natural line. I have somehow had this issue on every shirt I’ve brought in every time I’ve used Tide. Additionally, my pants consistently come back with two creases and my shirts were hung carelessly, leaving dimples in odd places on the shoulders. It's so expensive to have your items dry cleaned here. The only reason I go here is out of convenience.
Failed to remove stains from my sweater

The three shirts of 4 I dropped off were fine. The 4 th is missing. One lady felt I must have it but not known despite dropping off four and paying for only 3 at pick up. Then was just like ‘oh well, that happens. Give us 2 weeks to look for it’. First experience here and first time ever losing a dry cleaning item in 6 years.
Wayyyy more expensive than I anticipated. Store (or possibly associate working) smelled of cigarette smoke. I will not be returning.
I'm worried about your professionalism. I picked up my dry cleaning. There was a shirt in there that wasn't mine. They tried to convince me to take it anyways. Then they just put it on a rack somewhere. Not sure I will return if they will lose my clothes.
Email notification informed me it was ready for collection that night. Arrived at approximately 10am next day and the dry cleaning was still at the other location. A mix up! Not a great problem.. So I returned later in the day. The JROTC uniform still had the same food mark in existence. Not the best first time impression... The morning staff member at the kingwood location was helpful and very polite. However in the afternoon the staff were outside smoking and seemed less than enthusiastic about their duties.
