Whenever you walk in the door, you are welcomed with a friendly smile. If there is a problem or a do-over, customer service listens to you about the issue. Then, customer service will clearly explain what might or might not happen to the garment during a second process.In other words, the customer is given options as to whether or not they should do another process. I appreciate customer service's honesty.

Just started using this place. They are All So nice and I Love there services. I won’t lie.. paying a lot more then my previous place but worth it.. They did a great job on my husbands work shirts

Delivery service didn’t return the bag or a shirt. Had to wait the following Tuesday to receive the bag and shirt to be delivered. I do understand things happen. I just hope this isn’t a reaccurring thing. I do love using the Tide services. The staff is always friendly and willing to help.
